The Department of Community Development, JAPEM through the People with Disabilities Division in collaboration with strategic partners; the Culture and Arts Division, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, organized the Final Competition and the Event for the People with Disabilities, OKU Serlahkan Bakatmu 2025 in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The event took place at a shopping mall in Berakas. The event is an inclusive platform that provides space for OKU individuals to showcase their talents in singing, dancing, music and creative arts. Organised in collaboration with Radio Televisyen Brunei, RTB, and Revolution Records, the event aimed to foster self-confidence, hone communication skills and enhance the capabilities of participants.

Present was Dayang Hajah Nor Ashikin binti Haji Johari, Permanent Secretary for Community at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The event began with a special performance of the theme song and the presentation of prizes to the winners.

Earlier in the morning, the Final Competition was held. Participated by 11 OKU, two categories were competed. Present was Dayang Fauziah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Director of JAPEM.
